Upload scenes and keep metadata intact
Scene metadata can save a lot of setup time. GPS coordinates help Map Studio place scenes automatically, and camera details can help the editor understand the panorama.
Recommended workflow
- Upload original 360 panoramas when possible.
- Avoid exporting through tools that strip EXIF metadata.
- Give each scene a clear visitor-friendly name.
- After upload, open Map Studio and check whether the scene has GPS coordinates.
- If GPS is missing, place the scene manually on the map or floor plan.
If metadata is missing
You can still build the tour. Search for the venue, double-click the map to place the active scene, or set one approximate location for all scenes and then adjust each scene pin.
